We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. However, the bathroom could use a little more attention to maintenance — for example, the shower and toilet doors could close more smoothly, and the blinds could be dusted more regularly. The highlight of our stay was without doubt the restaurant. The food selection and quality were exceptional, and the service was attentive and personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return.

Not a Good Property Stay

1). I have booked Sea facing room, first they have allotted room in 1st floor, though the request was in higher floor stating property is full sold out, later there was no faucet in the wash room which is a basic hygiene. 2) there was no hand wash in the wash rooms 3) Then they have changed to 4th Floor after complaint 4) Breakfast venue was not fixed due to high occupancy, keeps on changing the venue Overall exp was pathetic and not worth for money

Fabulous place to stay in Chennai. Nice pool and gym. Buffet meals very good but only value if you are hungry. Staff very good but some delays on ordering hot drinks in the lounge. Booked taxi to airport, this was an excellent service for those unused to India.
