I had a pleasant stay at The Madras Grand. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.
