The room was in very poor condition — there were bed bugs, flies, and mosquitoes, and it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was also ongoing elevator maintenance with no warning signs, which made it especially concerning since I had kids with me.

This hotel look beautiful on the pictures shown on the website, but when we get there I was able to see the corridor was not in a good condtion. I was able to see room with cockroach. I booked for executive room, but I doubt i was staying in executive room. I paid online, but receptionist have no clue that I already paid. They insist me to pay on the counter by cash, but I refused to pay and finally before checkout everything was sorted. Overall I would only give 2 start thats for the location.

Stay at Maple Tree with bitter experience

It's not worth the money for business travellers. 1)They took 30 mins to allot room saying no mail received from Hotels.com 2) They said Room type I booked not available & gave me some other room. The room size is half the size mentioned in my voucher. 3) The hotel guy had to struggle for 15 mins to unlock the room as it has problematic lock 4)Phone in the room was not working. 5) No glass tumbler in the room. As I wanted one to take a powder medicine mixed with water I called on their land line & requested. I didn't get even after 30 mins and so I had to go down to reception and shout at them. Then they sent one. It was horrible experience & the hotel is not worth to be 3 star.
