Just overall a wonderful place to stay! We stayed their 2 bedroom apartment suite. They were clean, well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. Spa was exceptional. Food was excellent. The microwave in our room never warmed the food that was our only issue. We also didn’t contact them about it because it didn’t matter much. Had we told them, I am sure they would have fixed it quickly. Will be staying with them for our future visits. Please keep up the good work.

Fabulous hotel if you get a quiet room.

After a few noisy rooms in past (rooms under flight path, looking over railway, roadway, next to gym) I was giving this hotel one last go, as everything else is great. Lucky this time as got a very quiet room, after requesting change from one looking over railway. Fabulous bed, bathroom and linen. Club room well worth it as fully free bar for 2 hours in evening with substantial fresh and cooked buffet in lounge, all included, and amazing breakfast spread. They don’t explain benefits of club room well enough on Hotels.com. Spa is also great, free to use sauna , jacuzzi etc. Extraordinary architecture and finish. Pool area could improve with a drinks service. All staff are so polite and helpful. Immaculate throughout.

I had the pleasure of staying at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai last week, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is grand, elegant, and truly reflective of Chennai’s rich heritage, with every corner exuding luxury and warmth. A special mention to Kaamini Samraj from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly at home. From arranging small comforts to checking in personally to see if everything was perfect, Kaamini’s professionalism and kindness stood out and elevated our entire experience. ITC Grand Chola is already known for its world-class service, but people like Kaamini make it exceptional. I look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.
