Room looked very ancient, run down and depleted. The bathroom still has very old fittings and for the rent they charge it was less value for money. The staff were excellent though, right from check-in, the room service, Laundry and the bell desk were all very helpful and very welcoming. We were a bit disappointed with the rooms and very few plug sockets near the bed especially when two people are staying. They can do much better than this. Because of the holidays and seasonal events we stayed in Savera and this is our 2nd stay in December 2025.

Good, well located hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I gave 3 stars because they gave us a room under a room under renovation. Constant drilling and banging, which made for a disturbed rest. They shoul not allot rooms which are disturbed by renovation.

We are regulars at Savera. Extremely convenient location. Amazingly friendly staff always ready to step in and help. Everyone right from the reception, bell staff, floor staff, cleaning team, kitchen as well as room service staff are all fully committed to customer service. We always get a feeling we have come back to our familiar place - safe and secure. Would happily recommend Savera to anyone looking for a decent stay in Chennai at a great price (Fantastic value for money)
