Room was clean with all modern facilities. Enjoyed snack and coffee stand a lot. Location was perfect, in the middle of the center, walking distance to the old streets full of eateries and small treasures to buy. And we can not thank enough to the stuff of the hotel. They looked after us as we were family members came for visit. All questions were answered with good English. Food was very nice and varieties were enough to keep us excited. Restaurant on the sight helped a lot for those nights we were running of steam and could not push ourself to go even 200 m to the streets to chose. Definitely will be recommending this places to my friends and hopefully will be back by ourselves. Miss Chengdu already

The hotel is easily accessible. The location is great, just about 150m away from Wenshu monastery, and many dining options available especially for vegetarian. The room is clean and the best part is the heater which works very effectively. The only negative part is the charges on the laundry which is not free. RMB15 for washing and 25 for drying. The staffs are friendly and they can help to keep the delivery orders and luggage keeping. Overall, it is a good stay!

Not only was Chengdu my favorite city in China. But also, Xishu Garden is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly. They will help you with anything you need and help make your stay here the most rewarding possible! I will always stay here from here on out! 10/10

Fabulous staff and location near the Wenshu monastery. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also spoke good English and had great breakfast and dinner options. I've already decided to stay here when I come back to Chengdu in a few months time

Great hotel and location

Room was clean and new. Not the biggest but it's comfortable and not a problem if you're going to be out most of the time anyway. All the staff were very friendly and nice. They have a nice area where you can have breakfast outdoors or indoors.

This Hotel is the BEST. It is clean and has many amenities. The breakfast was amazing. There were many options. Staff was helpful, kind and respectful. Metro station is about 10 min walk.

Brilliant stay

Stayed at this brilliant hotel for a month. I love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the restaurant also did really nice food. The location do the hotel is a positive too, lots of things to do locally and close to the metro. Great stay made even better by great staff.

I loved this hotel. The welcome gift is really nice, just the fact the put thought into it makes me smile. The staff are amazing and friendly, they helped me book all the trains for the main attractions and moving cities. There are so many food options nearby and a nice cute town right behind the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel

This hotel is perfect. The location is brilliant and the staff could not be more helpful. The price is such good value. At first I was sceptical due to the low price. But I had no need to be. Great hotel with even better staff.
