Checkup was complicated, the staff wasn't clear on how to process our booking with hotels.com. The restaurant upstairs had very limited drink and food options. Breakfast was excellent though and the rooms were great.

EXCELLENT hotel in CHENGDU

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff blew us away with their professional attitudes and excellent customer service. I traveled with 2 kids and they walked away with huge smiles on their faces due to the hotel's complementary sleeping tents in the room as well as stuffed Panda gifts from the room service staff and the buffet staff! I have never felt like a VIP but after this stay I must say Lilly and her team went way out of their way to make us feel at home!!! THANK YOU for making our trip memorable!!!
