No freezer .Not friendly for insulin storage. It is normal that in China hotels do not provide service of storage of ice packs for medical use, but it is not normal for Sheraton. The last day we left , Staff activated one key for three times and we lost time on it and we nearly missed the train.

Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)

Good but could be better

Air conditioning in the room cannot be controlled. Was asked to open the window or to be provided with a Fan if feels warm in the room. We were under the impression a quality hotel like Sheraton would have individually controlled air con in the room. Other than this, hotel was pleasant. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was decent. Gym was adequate. Laundry facilities high tech & adequate. Staff were mostly friendly and courteous. Keep it up.

Excellent service and wonderful staff, especially Ms. KiKi! We had ordered some items from Taobao to be delivered to the hotel. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the parcel did not arrive before we checked out, and a refund had to be processed. The refund process through the Taobao platform turned out to be more complicated than expected, especially since we had already returned to our home country. The courier encountered several issues when trying to collect the parcel for the refund, leaving us with no choice but to contact the hotel for assistance. Fortunately, Ms. KiKi went above and beyond to help us. She was patient, responsive, and took the initiative to coordinate with the courier, allowing the refund process to be completed successfully. We truly appreciate her outstanding support and dedication. To anyone planning a trip to Chengdu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Not only is the service exceptional, but the location is also very convenient, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you once again, Ms. KiKi, for making a stressful situation so much easier!
