Overall, a very nice and very well-maintained hotel. Generally happy with my stay. Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. This should not have happened in a big hotel like Marriott. Otherwise, a great hotel and very pleasing stay!

Exceptional service and understanding. Immediate solutions for service far beyond just hotel service, help with problems related to language barrier. The stuff did everything to make me and my son feel comfortable and be able to enjoy our trip.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. The o my complaint I have is that the Netflix that’s advertised with the hotel were not available for me to use and the hotel staff didn’t seem to understand how to use them as well. Other than that everything was great so I will definitely be back again soon.

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious. As with many hotels in China in winter months, the air con was set to 26 degrees in the room and you cannot alter the temperature.

Beautiful hotel that can be better in being more w

Technically & Aesthetically Perfect. Just need to be be more welcoming to guests. Beautiful modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms in financial district in the south of Chengdu. A little far away from centre of town where tourist attractions and restaurants and shopping are. Nonetheless a fabulous hotel if reception staff smile and are more welcoming. They were not impolite but just curt and not warm.
