The property is old and it looks nothing like the picture it’s showing online. When request to extend the stay for one more night, the hotel asked you to make another separate booking which is so unnecessary while they have availability. Staff are not helpful and misleading informations are given.

The airport shuttle driver try to add extra money and don't want us tell the hotel. We requested shuttle at 6am. But the driver didn't come until 6:20am. Then we get the taxi and leave

地點非常棒

房間很大，也很乾淨！房務人員也每天來清潔，主要也是地點實在很不錯，對面就是地鐵站，餐廳跟逛街都走路就會到了，喜歡成都的大推這間！

部屋が綺麗で良かった

地下鉄2路線が使える春熙路駅の目の前で大変便利です。すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。部屋は広くてとても綺麗です。アメニティも完璧、タオルもふかふかでした。 強いて言えば窓の防音があまり良くなかったようで、近くで夜中に工事をしていて重機の音がうるさいのが気になりましたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。フロントやクリーンスタッフの方々も感じが良かったです。

地下鉄が開通し便利

成都でいちばん賑やかな場所にありロケーションは最高です。伊勢丹ともホテルから直接行けますので食事はとても楽です。設備は少し古さが目立つ様になりましたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。フロントが狭くチェックイン、チェックアウト時に混雑する事があります。

Everything is great of this hotel. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is magnificent, excellent massage, friendly staff, good price, very near to metro station. The only minor thing is that the wifi is extremely slow which was quite annoying.

very convenient location

Hotel is located at the center of the city, you can get every restaurant, department and souvenir shops easily. Metro station is also very near. But you must care of the name of the hotel, because it is not Hyatt it is "Haiyatt".
