Perfect location. Literally in the imperial park. Quite and clean. ancient style. Only pitfall is you need to tell the server you need them to help with luggage although you are elders and there are quite a few stairs.

Nice decent rooms with decent beds. Very chinese hotel. Excellent location 3 min from summer palace and walking distance to town. Hotel is very quiet! Expensive for what it is but probably the best hotel in town. Had 2 courtyard rooms

Les plus : Le cadre La proximitĂ© avec le parc impĂ©rial La qualitĂ© et la propretĂ© des chambres Les moins : Petit dĂ©jeuner cher et franchement pas trĂšs bon (Ă  savoir que le petit dĂ©jeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre n'autorise que la version chinoise ; les petits dĂ©jeuners occidentaux et amĂ©ricains sont plus chers et non compris !) Expedia annonce "petit dĂ©jeuner inclus" mais il n'y a qu'un petit dĂ©jeuner compris mĂȘme si vous ĂȘtes 2! Le prix des chambres est tout de mĂȘme un peu exagĂ©rĂ© !

Comme prĂ©vu, l'emplacement et l'architecture extĂ©rieure sont exceptionnels. Mais grande dĂ©ception ensuite: les chambres disponibles sont placĂ©es dans le moins beau bĂątiment, en retrait du jardin, et sans lumiĂšre. La chambre pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able, mais le service n'est pas Ă  la hauteur; le petit dĂ©jeuner, annoncĂ© en buffet, est en rĂ©alitĂ© servi Ă  l'assiette, et sans intĂ©rĂȘt gustatif. La rĂ©ception se donne des airs supĂ©rieurs, mais n'est en fait pas efficace. On demande qu'on appelle un taxi, et rien ne se passe... Bref, l'ensemble est trĂšs dĂ©cevant, mĂȘme si l'emplacement est le meilleur de la ville.
