Das Hotel ist mega zentral gelegen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, aber das Bad winzig klein. Der Fernseher konnte man zwar Richtung Bett schwenken, leider aber nicht genug, um eine gute Sicht zu haben.

Freundlichkeit am Empfang hat Luft nach oben

Wir sind schon oft hier abgestiegen und waren immer zufrieden, nicht so diesmal. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht hinter dem Haus und zweimal war er vom Personal besetzt und wir mussten in der Kälte warten bis er frei wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht gerade sehr freundlich. eine sitzt am Boden und die anderen sind nicht gerade das was wir unter freundlich verstehen. Unser Problem mit der vorzeitigen abreise wegen Familiärer Angelegenheiten wurde erst nachdem sich die Geschäftsleitung einmischte gelöst. Es ging um die Rückforderung der Touristengebühr und den Parkplatz. Wir haben sogar das Frühstück ersetzt bekommen mit einem Gutschein. Das obwohl wir nicht danach gefragt haben.
