The main house is accessed via its own private front door with a porch to hang coats. The entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) then leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat-screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden, which has a patio, lawn, and outside seating for up to 8 guests. Also in the garden is a hot tub that can comfortably seat 6 guests, which you are welcome to use between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with a dining table for up to 8 guests (10 with a squeeze using some fold-out chairs we provide) and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen has an under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker too, with complimentary coffee pods provided. Finally, there is a side door from the kitchen that leads outside to the private enclosed rear garden.

To the left of the hallway is a generous ground-floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a king-size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be separated into single beds on request.

The kitchen/diner is bright and fully equipped with a dining table for 8 (extra chairs for 10), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine with pods. A side door leads to the private rear garden.

There’s a ground-floor double bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed (can be twin). Upstairs are 4 more double bedrooms, two with zip-and-link beds, plus a modern family bathroom and an en-suite in the master bedroom.

The self-contained studio next to the house has its own entrance and can also be accessed via the rear garden. It offers an open-plan layout with a double bed, Smart TV, sofa, dining table for 2, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, along with a modern shower room.
