Booked the cheapest room as we were there for only one night to see friends for dinner. Requested a room with walk in shower (not over bath) as we are in our 80s. When we arrived we were told we’d been upgraded as a result to a deluxe which had a walk in shower and a big soaking tub. Bliss.

Room was nice and comfortable but not spotless. Velvet sofa was stained and coffee corner was dusty. We thought we were getting 2 bathtubs in the room according to photos but there was only one in the bathroom. Either the fridge or the A/C were quite noisy and sounded like there was a fish tank in the room. Amenities were good and breakfast was nice but overpriced.
