We visited Cheltenham with our 18 month old to go to a wedding. The building is a beautiful period property but there isn’t a lift, so request a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage! Room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the park.

Parking was easy, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Hotel decor was in keeping with the age of the property. Attention to detail could have been greater. Toiletries were missing and there were no hand towels. More teabags would have been useful.. More information about facilities would have been helpful-we were both unaware that we could have had drinks on the terrace.
