The rooms was shockong, dirtys stained walls and carpet, toilet was falling apart. Very noisy, just generally a tip.

Hotels was very noisy and as we arrived to our room a person walk into the corridor smoking which smelt like drugs - not pleasant with a 4 year old child with us
room was a bit dated and the bathroom could do with a re - furbish as well. staff we dealt with were really polite and helpful. no bar and no restaurant did not help, being re - furbished. would stop there again.
Stayed here for less than 10 hours on business - arrived 2100hrs and left before 0700hrs. Loads of space on car park even when arriving late at night. No one in reception to check me in after a 3 hour drive and another guest waiting whose room card didn't work after checking in. Calls made to a mobile number which wasn't answered and a 5 min wait. Room was best described as basic, 2 tea bags,, 2 coffee's but only 1 sugar & milk! At 0530hrs i found the towel to be the size of a tea towel after showing. No one in reception when checking out - just a container on the desk to put the key card in. One night stay at shirt notice was £55 - the old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true - this was chosen purely on the poor weather (snow) and the location to a training course the following morning

Yes comfortable bed you could see the hotel was having big renovations but that said did not have any reflection on our stay would like to go back when finished as it look a very good project
Clean room with very good amenities. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small gym available too which was nice, and parking very easy.
Nice pleasant stay .
Walls are thin, I was woken up every morning around 5AM, there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk no spoon. No plug for bath, had to ask for one. The place is being renovated and has no bar, another customer frustrated at this.
No reception when needed, you have to call 2 numbers neither put through to anyone

Room was a suite type room, not the cleanest but ideal to hold a Bukkake Party so plenty of room for the eight gentlemen who joined me and girl we hired from the Vivastreet to prepare away from the main action and plenty of towels to clean up afterwards. Free parking and easy entrance to the room. Restaurant was under refurbishment so no food available but a voucher was supplied for a place in the town. She had plenty to eat so didn’t need anything like a big meal.

Room was cold on arrival there was a small electric heater which I put on. No information in the room about dining or room service so it seemed there was no food on offer. Advised breakfast was 7:00-10:00.Arrived for breakfast at 7:15 no hot breakfast buffet out. Got a cup of tea and some toast.2 people arrived around 7:30..seemed that one was a new staff member being shown around.I was then asked if I wanted a cooked breakfast..no menu..no choice.A cooked breakfast came out much of which was inedible.It seemed like the bacon was yesterdays and reheated as it was like cardboard, a pile of mushrooms which were soggy and black and a ramekin of baked beans with skin on the top. Would not return or recommend.
The carpets in the room was stained. The mattress protector was stained. Worse than that the shower would not run hot. Someone came and said to run the basin tap for 30 seconds then the shower would run hot. This worked but the shower couldn't be adjusted to a comfortable temperature, either freezing cold or scalding hot.
Requested a room change was told the "hotel was full" So packed up and moved to the Travelodge up the road
