The room was spacious, it was great to have 3 single beds but the carpet was filthy. It could do with being cleaned. The floor boards also need some attention. Every time someone walked on the floor above, it was extremely noisy. The staff were wonderful, they couldn’t have been more helpful.

No frills hotel in centre of town. Pretty clean and had tv, coffee , fridge and microwave . One okay pillow, the other very lumpy . Had a small room which was hot but had a fan. It was fairly clean but the place is so run down . Give it a 2 star hotel

It is a small room. We were on 2nd floor. Faucet in the toilet is 3 tap phole type and quite frustrating to use. They have narrow stairs so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. It is close to city centre. A bus away from Cheltenham to Cotswold and Gloucester.

The room did not look like the picture shown! The staff was not very helpful The beds were terrible with foam mattresses. The extra bed were even worse. Room were hot without fresh air. I cannot recommend this place.
