Lakeview Landing

Welcome to The Lookout at Lake Chelan, a traditionally designed lakeside neighborhood located just one mile from downtown Chelan.

Lakeview Landing sits atop a hill overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan, offering stunning views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and unforgettable sunsets. The exterior features a large wrap-around porch on the front, top-floor view deck on the back, hot tub, 6-seat fire table, and a fully fenced yard—perfect for your pets.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Lakeview Landing comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. An optional carriage house is also available to rent, sleeping an additional 4 guests for a total capacity of 16.

The inverted floor plan maximizes views, placing the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor beneath large vaulted ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, a large island with four barstools, a gas oven/range, and ample cupboard space. The dining table seats 8. The living area features a 52” Smart TV with Roku, a gas fireplace, a sofa, and other comfortable seating. Also on this level is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in shower.

The middle level consists of 3 bedrooms:

· The primary suite includes a private bath with a freestanding bathtub, double-sink vanity, and separate shower area with a pocket door.
· The second bedroom features a queen bed.
· The third bedroom, the bunk room, has two sets of built-in bunk beds with built-in drawers and Twin XL mattresses, suitable for adults.

All bedrooms include TVs, alarm clocks, and charging stations.

The basement features a large media room with an L-shaped king-size sleeper sectional (no bars or springs), an 83” 4K Smart TV, DVD player, Xbox One, foosball table, and stand-up arcade game. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large-capacity side-by-side washer & dryer.

The top floor deck offers beautiful lake and mountain views. It includes a large outdoor dining table which can accommodate up to 10 people, as well as a gas grill.

Under the deck, you’ll find 4 adult bikes, 2 teen bikes, bike helmets, a wagon for hauling pool or beach gear, a portable cooler, and two kayaks with paddles.

The garage (available in summer months) includes a stand-up paddleboard, multiple fishing rods, an extra full-sized refrigerator, dart board and a ping-pong table. A Level 2 EV charger is also available year-round:

· Approximately 25 miles of range per hour — ideal for overnight charging
· Compatible with Rivian, all J1772 EVs, and Teslas with an adapter

Please note: The garage is not available for vehicle parking in winter, as it is used for boat storage. However, access to the EV charger remains available year-round.

Dogs are welcome at Lakeview Landing, with a maximum of two dogs (50 lbs or less). Dogs must be house-trained. No puppies allowed.
