Clean room, nice staff. This is the first time we stayed in the back row of rooms. Our bathroom had an odor to it. It dissipated with the fan on and the door open but it took several hours to go away. It might have been cleaning supplies. The only suggestion I would have, is to remove the coffee maker from the bathroom. Anyone who uses that machine is making poo particle coffee from the toilet flushing. The hot tub was great! Overall, our experiences here have been amazing, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and stay here again. The bed was clean and so was the room itself.

I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business.
