Welcome to the cottage of La Bultière only 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Vendée beaches.<br>It is located in the countryside in the east of the Vendée, 2km from the Lac de la Bultière with immediate access to hiking trails.<br>The cottage of La Bultière is entirely on one level. It is 76m², has 400m² of garden and parking for guests. It includes all modern comforts and has 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. 2 outdoor terraces equipped with furniture will allow guests to have a meal or aperitif in the sun or to meet on the shaded side during hot weather. The green spaces can be transformed into play areas for children.<br>Very easy to access, it is bordered by a departmental road mainly used during working hours.<br>On request, a detailed inventory of the equipment made available to guests will be sent to you.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a safe and a microwave.

L'accueil est chaleureux et d'une grande gentillesse.Le logement est clair, d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipé.L'emplacement réservé au stationnement est très vaste et très facile d'accès.Le jardin est très bien entretenu et il est agréable de s'y promener.En outre le village est à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture du Puy du Fou, sans encombrement, ce qui est un avantage.Si nous avons l'occasion de retourner dans la région, nous optons pour ce gîte.
