At the edge of the hamlet, our 80 m² duplex gîte is semi-detached to our house, while offering you complete independence.
Ideal for cycling or hiking, you will enjoy the many activities and discoveries that the nearby Vercors massif has to offer.
The entire property is fenced and a parking area can accommodate two vehicles.
You will benefit from a 2000 m² garden.
The 12 x 5 m swimming pool is fully secured by a fence and equipped with an alarm.
For children's safety, swimming must always be supervised by parents.
For your comfort, you have access to a toilet, a shower, and sun loungers on site.
We provide you with a furnished, covered, south-facing terrace, as well as a small relaxation lounge overlooking the pool, ideal for a peaceful moment.
Our hens will provide you with fresh eggs.
