Views, views, views! Charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage right on Mill Pond. Classic Cape Cod furnishings. Window A/C units in bedrooms for those hot summer nights. Access to shared dock for swimming and boating; and Wi-Fi make for a great vacation. Walk to town for shopping, dining, ice cream and the movies. Stroll to Lighthouse Beach for a day of sun and surf in the salty Atlantic Ocean. Use of shared tennis court. Water Access: DOCK. And possible boat accommodations: Mooring available for $300/week. Parking is in front of garage -100 feet from house. This waterfront property has a large flat lawn on the banks of the Mill Pond, and is available for wedding rentals during the shoulder seasons (June, September & October only) for $10,500 per week. Dog (2) friendly, too; pet fee of $150 will be added to the lease. Please park in driveway and walk down to the rental. (You may drive down to load and unload).
