    Beautifully renovated and spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Home on a private 1/2 acre setting in one of Chatham's sought after neighborhoods. This 2200 sq. foot home has a formal dining room with a beautiful bay window and an additional outside dining area with a covered porch. There are two family rooms, both equipped with Cable TV and DVD players for relaxation for the adults and children. Master Bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The eat in kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Full Basement is equipped with Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The large private yard is 1/2 acre in size and is great for outdoor entertaining with a with both charcoal and gas grills. There is a new outdoor shower that was built this year. Minutes to the beaches, bike path and downtown Chatham shops.
    Air-conditioned accommodations at this resort offer fireplaces and washers/dryers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Accommodations offer separate living rooms. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.

      Perfect location, house, and property owner

      My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location and property were ideally located, just minutes to downtown Chatham and local beaches. Pam was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were taken care of the entire time we stayed there. We enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood, all the shops and cafes in downtown Chatham, Hardings Beach and eating at home every night on the porch! Highly recommend this property and property owner. Looking forward to staying there again!

        Excellent home ok Harwich side of Chatham

        Great home - the location was mislabeled as being in south Chatham it’s actually west Chatham on the border of Harwich.

          Relaxing, pleasant, spacious home to spend a week at the beach

          The property is well-maintained and very comfortable. The yard is lovely, back porch was a favorite spot to spend early mornings and evenings. The house is well maintained and has lots of privacy and a nice, central location for Chatham/ the cape generally. We had a truly wonderful vacation with this house as our base, for our whole family.

            Very spacious!

            Very spacious with plenty of room to relax. Nice back yard! Loved the double family room concept - we were able to read and have one quiet room while the other has the t.v. Well stocked kitchen. I would have given it five stars but it was a bit far from the beach and downtown Chatham. Although grocery story, etc was not too far. Overall it worked out perfect!

              Beautiful home on a very quiet street on the Cape. Plenty of room for your family to relax.

              We had a terrific stay at this home in Chatham. We had a very well equipped kitchen and cooked most meals at the house. There is also a large dinner room with a table that easily seated our entire family. The living room and family room were very comfortable and lend themselves to a relaxing atmosphere. The house was very clean and easy to maintain with beautiful hardwood floors. The owner quickly responded to texts and was quick in sending us the key before our arrival. We look forward to a return trip in the not too distant future. I highly recommend this home .
