House on the banks of the Vienna of 65 m² ideal for a moment of tranquility with family or friends.
20 minutes from Futuroscope and 5 minutes from the motorway exit/entrance
The house is adjoining our house but it remains independent.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. (travel cot and high chair on request)
- A sofa bed in the living room will be available
- Bed linen is provided
- We can provide towels if needed (You just have to ask before arrival)
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom and separate toilet.
- Independent balcony and common garden of 1500m² with a view of the Vienne.
- Parking in the courtyard

If you have a pet, we have three free range hens in the garden, so we ask that dogs be kept on a leash to protect the chickens and pick up their droppings.

Séjour du 05 au 12/08/2023

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans ce joli appartement, agréable, propre et bien équipé. Il est au calme et bien situé, la région offre de nombreuses possibilités. Pour notre part, nous sommes allés au Futuroscope, nous avons visité Châtellerault, Poitiers ainsi que Chinon et le château d'Azay le Rideau. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants! Nous recommandons vivement!! :-)

Sehr freundliche Vermieter

Der große Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass wir keine Angst haben mussten, dass unser Hund wegrennen könnte. Die Ferienwohnung ist im Haus der Vermieter, wobei man dennoch seine Privatsphäre hat. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und man kann in den Garten gucken. Der Garten (und das Trampolin) durfte mitbenutzt werden. Die Vermieter (eine süße Familie) sind sehr nett und immer für ein Gespräch bereit. Auch wenn es an irgend etwas fehlen sollte, helfen sie gern aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

superbe location très bien placée

Appartement dans une villa avec jardin au calme où nous avons passé 3 jours. L'appartement est très agréable, il est très lumineux, spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré avec une cuisine très bien équipée. 2 grandes chambres avec une literie confortable. Conforme au descriptif. Il ne manque rien pour passer un très agréable séjour. Hôtes accueillant et de très bon conseil pour visiter la région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Une famille accueillante

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cette maison récemment rénovée avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l'écoute. Le salon avec sa baie vitrée avec vue sur le jardin et la Vienne, ainsi que les bow Windows sont vraiment un plus dans cette location. Nous recommandons chaudement l'endroit.

Hôtes très agréables

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien aménagée et, bien que proche de la rue, est très calme. Elle est aussi suffisamment grande pour une famille de 4. Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir profiter du grand jardin et du trampoline. Nos hôtes ont été très serviables et disponibles pour combler nos petits oublis et nous indiquer les meilleurs lieux.
