Guergonet is ideally located 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc, 15 minutes from Guingamp and 25 minutes from the first beaches. Conveniently located near the RN12 highway yet pleasantly secluded, our accommodation offers a peaceful haven to disconnect (although we do provide free Wi-Fi access via fiber optic). This property features a terrace, free and secure private parking, and self-check-in via a key box. Surrounded by our many animals (chickens, ducks, cats, goats, and sheep), please don't hesitate to ask if you'd like to help with their care; it's always a pleasure, especially for children. The property is non-smoking and consists of two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a queen-size bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and The apartment has a bathroom with a washing machine and a living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV. To make your stay easier, we have provided a guide within the apartment, but we are of course available for any questions or special needs. We look forward to welcoming you very soon.
