Étant au troisième étage de la résidence, il se compose d’un beau séjour avec un coin TV et un coin salle à manger, d’un coin cuisine équipée avec mini four, nécessaire de cuisson, lave linge, d’une première chambre avec un lit en 140cm pour deux personnes, une deuxième chambre en mezzanine avec deux lits simples en 90cm, d’une salle de bain et d’un WC indépendant. Son balcon permet de profiter du soleil (sud-est) et de se détendre afin de passer de merveilleuses vacances tout en ayant une petite vue sur la mer. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.

Suite à un séjour dans la station balnéaire de Châtelaillon-Plage, nous avons passé un moment agréable dans l’ensemble. L’appartement était proche de la mer et sa situation géographique permettait un accès facile aux commerces. Dans le cas où l’on utilise la voiture, le parking est un avantage particulièrement apprécié.À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que les rideaux de notre chambre étaient tachés, tout comme la couette.
