Located on the first floor, this cozy, tastefully and simply furnished 4-star apartment measures 34.00 m² and accommodates one to four people. It features a bright living room with a window opening onto an adjoining balcony. The sofa bed provides a comfortable 140-size sleeping space. You can rest in a comfortable bedroom with a 160-size bed, and there are two windows, one of which opens onto the balcony. You’ll find plenty of space to store your belongings. Equipped with a large walk-in shower, the bathroom is also very pleasant. The toilet is separate. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishes, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
