In addition, the residence is equipped with an elevator and features a lovely laundry room. To enhance your stay, if you’d like, you can enjoy some fresh air in the garden located at the back of the residence.
Located on the second floor, this cozy 4* apartment—32 m² in size, tastefully and simply furnished, and suitable for one to four people—features a bright living room with a south-facing window. The sofa bed provides a comfortable sleeping space (140). You can rest in a comfortable bedroom with a 160 bed, which also features a south-facing window. You’ll find plenty of space to store your belongings. Equipped with a large walk-in shower, the bathroom is also very pleasant. The toilet is separate. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishes, a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
