The major argument of this air-conditioned villa is its geographical location just between the massif of the Alpilles and the Luberon, as this is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions, one more pleasant than the other. And if you still feel like socialising in the evening, Avignon with its hustle and bustle, its festival and its restaurants is only a fifteen-minute drive away. A further suggestion : You can buy fresh groceries once arrived at the villa a day after, as the weekly market in Châteaurenard takes place every Sunday morning.
INSIDE
The ground floor comprises a living room with American kitchen, dining room and lounge/TV room. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, which also serves as a pantry, with a separate WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One has a large double bed with adjoining shower room, and the other two also have each a large double bed. On this floor, a further shower room and a separate WC round off the facilities.
OUTSIDE
You arrive via the enclosed parking area, which provides space for three cars, two of which can be placed under a carport. At this spot you'll meet as well for playing petanque. One terrace leads to the villa and the other one, adjacent to the kitchen, is roofed so meals can ideally be taken outside here.The garden area invites you to the pool with its pool house as well as to the charming corner with the ornamental pond. A wrought iron fence secures the pool where you can relax alll around on the sun loungers.
OUR OPINION
A high quality accomodation in an ideal setting for families. The layout of the indoor and outdoor areas of this new house has been very well thought out, providing a pleasant and cosy holiday atmosphere. Within an hour, you can be on the beaches of the Camargue or discover Mont Ventoux.
