A large 1500m² garden features trees including olive trees and a secure 8x4m swimming pool. Under the high roof, you can enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen and a living room. This house is suitable for couples and/or families with children. On the first floor, you will find a large, modern kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, etc.), a living room, an office with a double bed (140cm), a master suite (double bed (140cm) with its own shower room), and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine level, there is also a master suite (queen bed (160cm)). On the first floor, you will find three large bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet. Linens are provided. A cleaning service is available for €100 if... as you wish. The farmhouse is located in the countryside near Châteaurenard, close to amenities. Its location is ideal for visiting Provence, the Alpilles, the Camargue, or the Luberon.
