Pretty modern house, ideally located in a quiet village with many local shops, many walks/hikes from the house in the apricot fields, the path of the quarries, troglodyte houses...


With all the necessary equipment for a quality stay: a clean and well-decorated interior, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower, quality bedding, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a garage.

An exterior of 800m2 where you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with 2 pergolas, garden furniture and a large garden table, an above-ground swimming pool of 4m60 in diameter, and many children's games (tree house, trampoline, swing), a barbecue, hammock, sun loungers.

Close to all amenities (10 ́ walk from the centre of the village with bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, 15 ́ from Valence and Romans sur Isère). Location allowing you to easily discover the wonders of the Drome and the Vercors, but also the Ardèche with their many possible activities.
It is possible to leave the house to join the greenway along the Isère joining the via Rhona less than a kilometre away (ideal for family bike rides).

Like us, you will fall under the spell of the magnificent sunsets over the Ardèche mountains and the view of the Rhône Valley!
