Located next to the hotel Le Mistral the accommodation has direct access to the national road 7 (25m), the immediate environment is quite classic, the accommodations are not geographically isolated. Road traffic is sustained from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. but without impact because there is a very good soundproofing of the accommodation, very quiet at night and above all less noisy than a city center

We would like to draw your attention to some particularities of this rental: it is not intended for partying or any other activities resulting in nuisance. Your reservation must correspond exactly to the number of people and animals entering the accommodation. No arrival is possible before 6 p.m. and departure must be made no later than 10 a.m. This rental is not suitable for people working at night and sleeping during the day or for those with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair. NO AIR CONDITIONING ...
We accept bookings with pets but there are rules to be respected: they must not access the bedding or the bathroom, the animal must not remain alone in the cottage and must be supervised outside, any failure to do so incurs additional cleaning costs (soiling or damage) will be at your expense, as an owner you are responsible for your pet(s), thank you .
The key box is an option, it is made available in case of unavailability on my part to welcome you, the procedure of entry (from 6pm) and exit (10am max.) remains above all a physical welcome, same for departure.
The accommodation we offer can accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of an independent space of 28 m2 located on the first floor of a single-storey house. It is composed of three rooms carefully arranged for your comfort and well-being.
The first room is a spacious shower room of 6 m2, equipped with a shower, two sinks and a toilet. You will be able to enjoy a space dedicated to your daily toilet in a pleasant and functional setting.
The second room is a warm bedroom of 11 m2, designed for two people. It has a double bed of 200 x 140 for restful nights. You will also find a small desk with a chair, as well as a dressing room to store all your belongings with ease.
A space dedicated to a travel cot is available in this room and a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request...
The third room, initially planned as a bedroom, has been set up to offer you a practical kitchenette area. You will be able to prepare delicious simple meals and enjoy a friendly space to sit down thanks to the table and chairs at your disposal. In addition, if the weather conditions allow it, you can also enjoy an outdoor dining area, equipped with a parasol to shelter you from the sun.
As far as this third room is concerned, you should know that the sofa bed is intended for those of you who choose to sleep in the same bed. It will therefore be left in the "sofa" position for your greatest comfort. However, if you prefer or need to sleep separately (please let us know when you book). In this case, the sofa will be transformed into a bed, perfect for 1 to 2 people.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small worktop with shelves dedicated to crockery and kitchen utensils. You will also find a microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster to accompany you in the preparation of your meals. A gas cooking area with four burners and a gas oven, as well as an extractor hood, are also at your disposal. Finally, a sink and a small 100 L refrigerator, as well as a 55 cm TV, complete this functional space.
Tea, instant and ground coffee/filter and sugar are available free of charge, to cook salt, pepper and oil are also available to you.

Your rental is entirely dedicated to you... as well as a private parking lot (30 m2) on site for 2 VL, motorbike and bicycle, the parking lot is closed during the night. A 100 m2 parking lot is available outside (Long vehicle).
