Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed our two night stay! Parking was easy and it was ~5 min walk to anywhere in Chateauneuf-du-Pape (a small village). The pictures accurately show the property and we loved the outdoor space.
I think the owner, Beatrice, lives next door. She was very friendly, spoke/wrote English very well (I don't speak Fench), and was easy to work with for check-in/out.
A few things to note:
- The apartment is on an upper level (up a flight of stairs). Totally fine for me, but just an fyi to others
- There is a washing machine, but no clothes dryer. This is probably obvious to Europeans, but as an American I was surprised.
- A lot of things in Chateauneuf-du-Pape are closed on Sunday
