Disappointing!

Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm

Rien à reprocher au personnel de l'Hotel très aimable. Par contre, il faisait froid dans les chambres car les températures avec pluie n'ont pas arrangé le séjour et nous avons voulu mettre la clim réversible (le soir) et le matin lors de la douche et ont nous a informé que le chauffage était coupé. Dommage car avec de telles températures on pourrait remettre le chauffage. On a donc demandé un chauffage d'appoint que nous avons été cherché à l'accueil car manque de personnel elle était seule pour la réception le téléphone etc... alors que c'était un Week End de jours fériés. D'autre part le bar près de l'accueil est fermé à 20h30!!!!! idem personne pour servir. Les chambres sont propres mais très simple et cette moquette c'est non seulement horrible mais un nid de bactéries!!!! Mais bon dans l'ensemble et pour peu de temps ca passe. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais très cher car dans d'autres hotels il est aussi bon pour beaucoup moins cher et avec autant de choix. Sinon nous avons testé le restaurant le soir et c'est très bon rien a dire pour un prix correct.

Bon séjour !

Bon séjour ! L'accueil a été rapide et efficace. Le personnel accueillant et très aimable sur les demandes. Nous nous attendions peut-être à plus de classe dans les chambres pour un 4 étoiles... pas d'articles d'accueil dans la salle de bain... je ne sais toujours pas si les chambres sont attribuées en fonction du prix payé (reduction en ligne pour nous). Le minilum pour le café et le thé. Manquaient de petites finitions, dans les WC notamment, 1 micro-onde à minima malgré le restaurant. Ce dernier était cependant succulent ! A réserver avant même si vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse du personnel pour rattrapper l'oubli (en cas de places disponibles). Salle de jeux dans le hall d'entrée. Parking suffisamment grand et gratuit. Merci pour votre gentillesse.
