Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return.

Pool is for over 18s only which was problematic but I didn’t see this in the small print. Also breakfast is served in an open courtyard which scenic but full of WASPS everywhere and my husband is severely allergic so that was difficult. Otherwise a nice hotel but just not suitable for us with teenagers who would have liked a swim.

We like the proximity of this property to the Cathedral. Our room was very spacious and the we liked the amenities - toiletries, coffee and tea in room. AC and lift/elevator worked very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We dined at the hotel brasserie, but there is no AC or if there is, it is not powerful enough to cool the place. There is also no AC in the lobby. Breakfast has a variety of items to choose from. Valet parking is available.

Brilliant hotel

The rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also in a great location to explore Chartres Parking not an issue given the hotel’s secure compound. Great stay and would stay again.

The staff was so nice and very helpful. They made you feel special. Wolfgang checked us into "his favorite room" which was lovely! We recommend #200 for beautiful ambiance. Clarice in the brasserie was excellent too. We even liked the valet, so much personality!
