Le Clos de Laly – 5-bedroom holiday home with garden near Mâcon

Le Clos de Laly is a spacious holiday home of over 200 m², located in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, just outside Mâcon in the heart of Southern Burgundy. Entirely reserved for its guests, the house comfortably accommodates up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms.

The house was created by joining together three old homes built before the French Revolution. Their history can still be seen throughout the architecture: thick stone walls, original timber beams, different floor levels and unexpected passageways give the property its distinctive character.

Since 2003, the house has gradually been transformed without erasing the traces of its past. New openings have been created to allow natural light to move through the house from morning until evening and to connect its different spaces.

### PLENTY OF SPACE TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER

The large living room of approximately 50 m² forms the heart of the house.

Solid oak flooring, stone walls, original timber beams and a fireplace create a generous living space where everyone can comfortably gather, talk, read or simply enjoy the house.

A Smart TV with Netflix and a JBL speaker are also available.

Separate from the living room, the fully equipped kitchen measures approximately 30 m² and provides plenty of space for preparing meals together. It includes a large range cooker with five gas burners and everything you need for cooking during your stay.

The kitchen looks directly onto the courtyard and enclosed garden, with easy access to the outdoor areas.

Le Clos de Laly has four double bedrooms and one single bedroom:

• Rita – 140 × 190 cm bed
• Arthur – 90 × 190 cm bed
• Lily – 160 × 200 cm bed
• Le Cèdre – 140 × 190 cm bed
• Master suite – queen-size bed

Rita, Arthur and Lily are located together in one sleeping area and share a bathroom and separate WC.

On the upper floor, Le Cèdre and the master suite form a second sleeping area.

Set beneath the impressive original roof structure, the master suite offers particularly generous proportions. It has its own private bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a separate WC and a dressing area.

The suite also includes a dedicated workspace and a TV with Netflix.

### AN ENCLOSED GARDEN AND A LARGE COVERED OUTDOOR LIVING AREA

Sheltered by old stone walls, the courtyard and enclosed garden provide a natural extension of the house.

A lawn, sun loungers and several places to sit make it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces throughout the day.

The large covered outdoor area of approximately 55 m² provides an additional living space. Its wooden terrace includes a large dining table and several comfortable seating areas.

A gas barbecue is also available.

The covered terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner outside and means you can continue enjoying the garden even when the weather is less predictable.

### EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY

Le Clos has fibre-optic internet with Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The desk in the master suite also has a wired RJ45 internet connection, making it particularly convenient for anyone who needs to work during their stay.

A utility room on the lower level is available to guests and includes a washing machine. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Parking is available within the property.

### JUST OUTSIDE MÂCON, IN THE HEART OF THE MÂCONNAIS

Le Clos de Laly is located in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, allowing you to reach Mâcon within minutes while enjoying the landscapes and atmosphere of Southern Burgundy.

Mâcon-Loché TGV station and the A6/A406 motorway connections are approximately 5 minutes away.

The famous Roche de Solutré is around 10 minutes away, while the historic town of Cluny can be reached in approximately 20 minutes.

Le Clos is therefore an ideal base from which to discover the Mâconnais, its landscapes, villages and vineyards. Its location also makes the house well suited to family gatherings or business stays in the region.

### LE CLOS, ENTIRELY YOURS

Le Clos de Laly is not divided into separate holiday rentals. When you book, the entire house and its outdoor spaces are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Two cats normally live outside on the property. They are independent but may occasionally come to say hello. Whether you choose to let them inside or leave them to enjoy their life outdoors is entirely up to you.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

To preserve the property and the peace of the neighbourhood, parties, receptions and events are not allowed.
