Located in a tree-lined cul-de-sac community one mile (down Rugby Road) from the Rotunda. This bright, three-story home has wood floors throughout and a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops open to a dining room that seats eight. Downstairs, there is an inviting TV/video gaming room with a double-chaise lounge. The home has four bedrooms: two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one queen, one double) and two bedrooms that share a bath.

The house backs up to one acre of wooded common area with a stream and provides two spaces to enjoy the out-of-doors—a screened porch off the kitchen (with a sofa seating area and a dining table that seats eight) and a patio adjacent to the stream.

Take a leisurely walk through lovely neighborhoods to Central Grounds at the University of Virginia or to the John Paul Jones Arena, or head east to the Downtown Mall, just 1.2 miles away, passing the new Dairy Market (extensive food court and shops) and Kardinal Hall (popular beer hall) along the way. For the more adventurous, drive west 30 minutes to Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park.
