We built this small house on our property ( completed in 2017 ) to welcome people to the beautiful area we live in. Our location is close to many places one might like to explore. A wonderful selection of vineyards and historical places are close by.
This newly constructed studio offers a peaceful, clean simple space, all white decor and comfortable modern mix furnishings. It is situated a short distance from the main home and offers just the privacy you are looking for.
Located in beautiful Charlottesville Va. is an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, art, culture, wineries, history, parks and the University of Virginia.
So whether you are visiting for an event or a getaway, come and enjoy!
Hike to Rivanna River through Fernbrook Natural Area. Nearby Preddy Creek Equestrian Trail and Mountain Bike Trail. Vineyards minutes away: Horton, Burnley, Barboursville. 30 other vineyards in the surrounding area. Close to Monticello, Montpelier, and Ash Lawn-Highland presidential homes. Civil war history.
