This elegant property strikes a perfect balance between old-world charm and modern comfort, offering a serene countryside retreat just 15 minutes from the University of Virginia and downtown Charlottesville. Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with a queen bed—share a newly remodeled bathroom featuring heated tile floors and a tub/shower combo. On the main floor, a versatile fourth bedroom or den offers a luxury sofa bed and private en suite bath, ideal for guests seeking additional privacy or for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
