There were no bowls or spoons at the breakfast. The AC made a lot of noise, but the staff fixed it. The hotel has potential, but needs a bit of TLC to get there.

We definitely would not return. There was a total mixup about our reservation, even though we called in advance to make sure that didn’t happen. The elevator broke when we were there. We didn’t bother to eat anything that they called breakfast. There is no service beyond the front desk. If you want clean towels or toilet paper, you have to bring the old towels down and get yourself and get the toilet paper yourself. The kitchen had no supplies at all, not even cups. I’m a travel agent and I wouldn’t send anyone there.

This is a guest inconvenience, not guest convenience hotel. No change for vending machines. Weird policy on not providing receipt on checkout. Not oriented towards guests.

As usual when I visit Charlottesville, this hotel was impeccable. Exceeded all my expectations again. I keep waiting every time I go there to have an experience where something goes wrong and it never does. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in the staff are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered in all my travels. Just off the main road secluded just enough for peace and quiet, but stores are in walking distance, including Chick-fil-A. The area is safe and extremely clean. This is the only hotel that I will stay at in Charlottesville, Virginia anymore. With all my business trips,this causes me so much less stress. This place is definitely a must stay.

The hotel was convenient to where we were visiting. It was clean. Check in and check out were flawless. The hotel staff that we encountered was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast nor did we use the kitchen except the refrigerator. We will definitely stay there again. Take your own blow dryer though.
