Urban Nest is a fully equipped 2-bedroom guest house, with a spacious kitchen, light-filled living room, and spacious sun porch nestled in the trees. The space filled with love and personality - perfect for friends visiting town for a weekend adventure, for concert lovers seeing a show nearby, for couples or friends planning on exploring the city, and spacious enough for business travelers settling in for a longer stay.



Enjoy high end amenities like a sauna, gym, and cold plundge right next door as part of NoDa BnB! Welcome home. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel bright and at home, the moment you arrive.



The Space:

This brand-new apartment was thoughtfully designed with travelers of all kinds in mind. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather, cook, and relax together, while still offering space to unwind at your own pace.



The fully equipped kitchen invites slow mornings and shared meals, whether you’re making coffee before heading out or warming up leftovers after a night in NoDa. The big windows fill the space with natural light, giving the home a bright, uplifting feel throughout the day.



Just outside the bedrooms, a private deck offers a quiet pocket of outdoor space — perfect for morning sun, evening air, or a moment of calm between adventures.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire apartment. A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer) are included and free to use, making longer stays easy and comfortable.



An automatic keypad allows you for convinient self check in, and to come and go as you please.



The Neighborhood:

Urban Nest sits on the edge of NoDa, Charlotte’s beloved arts district — known for its vibrant murals, live music, indie shops, and excellent food scene.



While the home is tucked into a peaceful residential street, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the heart of NoDa, where creativity spills onto the sidewalks and something interesting is always happening. The light rail train stop is less than a 5 minute walk away, Uptown Charlotte is just a quick and easy train ride.



Getting Around:

Exploring the city is simple. Uber and Lyft are always easy to find, and Uptown Charlotte is less than a 20-minute drive.



The guest house is also just a 5-minute walk to the LYNX light rail, offering convenient access to Uptown, South End, UNC Charlotte, the football stadium, and popular event venues. It’s an easy, affordable way to see the city without worrying about parking.



Other Things to Note:

We happily welcome furry travel companions. A $50 pet fee per pet, per stay helps our wonderful cleaning team prepare the space for every guest. We simply ask that pets are well cared for and that owners are responsible for any messes during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

The guest house is a separate building behind our home.



We love meeting new people and sharing local recommendations or a friendly hello, but we also fully respect your privacy.



You’re welcome to come and go, relax, and enjoy the space entirely on your own terms.



The high end amenities, from the gym to the sauna, fire-pit and garden, are easily accessible and shared right next door!
