The rooms were very clean the staff there was very professional and very charming the breakfast in the restaurant there I thought it could be a little better, but it was OK. The dinner could be a lot better. They just have small portions and they need to change the menu to make bigger style of meals. And just want to thank the managers for compensating a issue we had in our room but everything was great staff the valet staff housekeeping it was just a great hotel to stay in and I definitely will be back and I advise anyone if you want a nice beautiful clean hotel. This is the one. And me and my wife just want to thank the hotel for the nice stay.

Overall, I had a good experience at the Iveys hotel. I can see how it is highly rated for its lovely decor and cleanliness. I also found the location to be perfect and located in a bussling area of the city with lots of walkable entertainment. There was a lot of walking traffic and street level noise from my city view room but it didn’t bother me because I was there to take in the downtown nightlife. The lighting was a bit dim in my room and we were missing an iron or a steamer which proved to be a challenge for me when I needed to get dressed the next morning. I also found that the on site staff were very busy and a little slow to grant requests. The valet staff was very professional and friendly. There also was a prominent food smell in the downstairs lobby from the Qdoba that shares the building which caught me off guard. Also, the elevator was broken throughout our entire stay which was a bit of an inconvenience even though the hotel only has 2 floors. I was also really looking forward to visiting the on site lounge and it was closed for a private event with no other onsite bar option. I would still recommend this hotel for the charm and location alone.

The inside of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous! However the parking is awful and we ended up having to park at a different hotel and walk all of our luggage to the Ivey. The staff was wonderful though! Very nice and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at The Ivey’s. It’s such a beautiful hotel. I love everything about the decor. The staff are very helpful and personable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and so very pretty. The only criticisms I have for my stay was the guest elevator was not working (it was out of order when I stayed several years ago as well), and the fragrance they use in the hallways is very strong. The location is convenient for walking to many nice restaurants nearby.
As we entered our room we found a small bottle of prosecco to celebrate my birthday.
The rooms are beautifully decorated!
We had a city view from our room.
The hotel is decked out for Christmas. The decorations were lovely.
