Location fantastic, 2 blocks from the Belk theater. Staff nice, historic hotel with nice modern bathroom. Our room had a nice view. However bed very lumpy and saggy, needs an update...room 507. Luckily we were there just one night, don't think my back could have taken 2, that is why I had to take away one star...
