We stayed for a long weekend while our daughter participated at a sporting event at UNNC! Check-in was seamless, the host responded to emails almost immediately and the home was VERY clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the TV’s were huge! I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Charlotte. The amount of restaurants and stores in close proximity made getting anything we needed stress free!!

2 Night Charlotte Visit

In the area to attend a concert at PNC Music Festival. This property is less than 5 miles from the venue. Brandon, our host, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries. This beautiful second floor condo is in a very nice, well-maintained community. Two nice sized bedrooms, two baths, washer dryer, large island in the kitchen. But the highlight for us was the lovely patio complete with privacy curtains. We spent more time out there than in the living room, although the massive TV was quite the attraction! If you're in the area for a concert or any function at UNC, I would highly recommend this property.
