The whole place smelled of marijuana, including in the rooms. Rooms were very unclean and things falling apart. Homeless people were living/walking around the facility. Did not feel safe for families.

Stayed here during race week and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and having laundry on-site made things super convenient. Parking was easy and right by the rooms, which was a big plus since I was in and out a lot for the Speedway. Overall, solid place to stay if you’re visiting the track or just passing through.
