This property gave inner city vibes. The lobby had condoms for sale promanadtly displayed. No coffee anyplace on property, no phone or alarm clock in room. Bathroom in rough shape. Very bare room with no personality. Amenities were two tiny bars of soap. My pal who stayed in another room saw a roach while he was packing to leave. It was loud with people who i think lived there. I would totally not reccomend this hotel especially for families with small children. It was clean enough, but i had cleaning wipes with me and used them

Have been trying to call the hotel over and over again today and not a single answer. They charged my card another $50 last night and did not tell me he was going to do that. Very disappointed in this customer service. I need someone to contact me from this property and make sure that $50 is reversed. It could be for “ incidentals” but again this was never told to me that he was running my card for that so I’m angry about that. Refund my money hotel

It was so bad I didn’t even stay. I took the money lost & went somewhere else. It did not feel like a safe place to stay!
This is just the trash that was by my vehicle. It was everywhere!

As soon as I walked in I regretted it. It smells like cigarettes/weed. Some park of the area are very dark. When I got my ticket to put in my car, I parked in the back and the back door was wide open and I did not need my key to get in. The back door should be closed at all times. As soon as I walked in my room, the floor was not clean. It felt sticky and I had to leave my shoes on and slept with my socks on. Only one towel in the room so I used it to dry my body then I use it for stepping out after showered. Went down stairs to get more towels and they only gave me one! And I asked for hair dryer and they do not have one. This hotel is very terrible. It’s dirty and I felt unsafe

There was ROACHES in BOTH rooms they tried to put me in. When I said I wanted a refund they said I would have get it form Hotel.com. It was late because I just got out of work and did not have money to stay else where so I had stay the two nights I booked. TERRIBLE experience!
