The room was very clean. Everyone was super nice. The only downfall was having to go down 2 floors or up 2 floors for ice because the one outside of our door was broken

Room service comes every other day so you have to get your own fresh towels. Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the Spectrum center. Downside is you will need to wear the ear plugs they provide if you want to sleep through the night and early morning over the train that runs right outside the hotel. Staff have different information on valet and parking garage prices so we ended up paying more than was necessary.
