The house was immaculately clean. The new carpet is protected by runners which were a tripping hazard for us throughout our visit. Luckily we oftened stumbled but no falls. The windows had a frosted covering for privacy purpose, I assume, but it created a darkness that really took away from the beauty of the home. It was actually necessary to have on lights during the day. Adequately stocked kitchen. Plenty bed sheets and towels, no washcloths... just be prepared. Master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking, didn't sleep well but may be suitable for most. Overall I would actually stay again if I needed to be in this part of Charlotte. It is a very nice house and definitely more accommodating than a hotel. Check in and out is easy and owner responded promptly when needed. A great choice!

The property was very clean and actually much larger than expected. Suzy was a gracious host and her communication was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to everything. We enjoyed taking walks in the morning around the block. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the Charlotte area.

Outstanding Place

That was a great experience. At first, I was nervous about the location. But, when I got there, it was more than I expected. It was a brand new house located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and outstanding to a point that I was like wow..., that was unexpected. When it came to communication, Ms. Suzy the property manager, she went above and beyond to take care of my issues or concerns in a timely manner. Overall, I was more than happy with the place, I was very satisfied staying there. Thank you so much Suzy for your prompt responses and kindness, God bless.
