Welcome to THE APOLLO! A 4 bed 2.5 bath mid century modern home built in 2023 and located in Lower South End (LoSo). The home is a ~5 minute walk to some of the best breweries and bars in Charlotte. Additionally, it's conveniently located ~10 minutes walking distance from the Light Rail which provides access to South End, Uptown, and NoDa.

The home is extremely spacious at 2,150 sq. ft. and includes high end finishes. Finally, there back patio and fenced in yard are great for pets.

The Apollo is a mid-century modern home with a beautiful open floor plan on the first floor, where you can entertain your group or family in the kitchen, dining, and living room which features a 65" smart TV. Head up stairs and you'll find four spacious bedrooms. The primary features a king bed w/tv, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a queen, and the 4th bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed.
