I had an excellent time at Long Cove. The cabin I stayed in was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The view of the lake from my porch was spectacular. It felt like being away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it was only a short drive to shopping and food. I would recommend this place every time!

We ended up checking in late because we were picking our daughter up at knight, . We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible!

There were a lot of pros and cons about this property and my experience. The lake view was great and I booked a cabin with a private deck which was peaceful and calming. The suite had a nice setup and was better than a hotel but there were some items damaged upon my arrival. Cons include a dirty floor, dirty washcloth in the bathroom, broken railing in the deck and a hole in the screen door that would not close. Overall, I would give this resort a 2nd try just for the lake atmosphere.

Beautiful view, sweet little spot! Came in spring with our 3 kids so probably right as they’re getting ready to spruce up for the season. Only issues we had is there were some glass bottles down in the shallow water..some signs maybe for no glass would be helpful (maybe). And the walk down to water is a little steep, and slippery, especially near the cabins. Little easier walking path down by the office. Staff was quick to get back with us. Overall a good little stay. Would come again for sure!

Low door headers, so if you are tall be ready. Also, the AC units aren't super intuitive. The only heat I could get to work were little space heaters. I bet it's really great in the summer time.

I found trash in my room. It was rodent drippings in the bunk bed room. The toilet stopped up the first night there.
